Our Gymnasium Karlsfeld project nominated for the Education Building Award 2027

We are delighted to announce that our Gymnasium Karlsfeld project – a new secondary school building with a four-court sports hall – has been nominated for the Education Building Award 2027, presented by Callwey Verlag.
The award winners will be announced ahead of the publication of the accompanying book in February 2027.
The Gymnasium Karlsfeld with its four-court sports hall originated from a 2020 design competition as a joint educational project commissioned by the District of Dachau and the City of Munich. Responding to the growing demand for secondary school places in the north of Munich, the new campus accommodates approximately 1,350 students. Equal emphasis was placed on integrating the building sensitively into its urban context and on faithfully implementing the school's educational concept throughout the design.
